All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation by CGA Academy.

Full payment or required deposits must be completed before training commencement unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments made are generally non-refundable.
• Requests for postponement or replacement participants may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• CGA Academy reserves the right to postpone or reschedule training sessions if necessary.

All training materials, slides, notes, videos, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of CGA Academy unless stated otherwise.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any training materials without written permission.

CGA Academy reserves the right to remove participants from training sessions for inappropriate, disruptive, or unprofessional behavior.

Certificates may be issued upon completion of selected programs, subject to attendance and participation requirements.

CGA Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, damages, or business interruption arising from participation in our programs or use of this website.

CGA Academy reserves the right to modify program content, trainers, schedules, or venues where necessary.
