Caroline Jamilah is an entrepreneur, business owner, and founder of the award-winning CoffeeZone Malaysia, with over 11 years of experience in the coffee, hospitality, and service industry.
Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, she has worked with corporate clients, premium brands, exhibitions, and business events across Malaysia, building practical experience in customer service, operations, branding, hospitality, and business development.
Beyond business, Caroline has also participated in beauty pageants including Miss Malaysia Universe and Miss Tourism Malaysia, experiences that helped shape her confidence, communication skills, professionalism, and personal growth journey.
As someone passionate about continuous learning and self-development, Caroline believes practical knowledge and real industry experience can create meaningful impact in people’s lives and careers.
Through CGA Academy, her goal is to empower individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations by sharing practical industry knowledge, workplace skills, and real-world business insights to support personal and professional growth.
