Caroline Jamilah is the Founder of Caroline Global Academy and CoffeeZone Malaysia, bringing more than 11 years of entrepreneurial and operational experience across coffee, hospitality, customer service and business development.
Through CoffeeZone Malaysia, she has worked with corporate organisations, premium brands and major business events across Malaysia, gaining first-hand experience in service excellence, operations, customer experience, branding and entrepreneurship.
Her journey has also included participation in Miss Malaysia Universe and Miss Tourism Malaysia, experiences that contributed to her understanding of confidence, professional presentation, communication and personal development.
As a certified Train-the-Trainer and training provider, Caroline believes effective training should go beyond theory. Her approach combines practical knowledge, real workplace experience and hands-on learning that participants can apply immediately.
Through Caroline Global Academy, her mission is to empower individuals, professionals and organisations with practical skills that strengthen confidence, capability and performance.
